Amanda Clement is an Investigative Journalist for Cleveland 13 News and a licensed private investigator who serves as the technical backbone of the network’s investigative team. She specializes in high level data gathering, complex record searches, and FOIA requests, providing critical research support to affiliates to ensure reporting is clinical and accurate. By uncovering hidden narratives through deep dive data analysis, she brings a level of precision to the newsroom that is essential for transparent, fact based journalism.

In addition to her reporting, Amanda is a board member of the Thirteen Public Media Foundation, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of Cleveland 13 News. In this role, she helps guide the foundation’s mission to support independent media and community educational initiatives across Northeast Ohio. Her unique combination of investigative tradecraft and nonprofit leadership ensures that the network’s work remains both impactful and deeply rooted in the public interest.
