LaBronn Conner Jr. Bringing Soulful Revival to the House of Blue's Foundation Room

CLEVELAND, OH — A free, all-ages concert featuring Cleveland native LaBronn Conner Jr. is set to electrify the Foundation Room at House of Blues on May 16, 2025, from 9 to 11 p.m. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter, known for his fusion of blues, rock, and gospel, is bringing a performance rooted in emotion, storytelling, and a genre-bending sound that channels the spirit of a soul revival.

“I do music because it’s how I communicate my deepest emotions and stories—it’s the most honest version of myself,” Conner said. “I’m passionate about bringing people together through powerful, soulful performances that make you feel alive, like you’re part of something bigger. My music blends rock and roll with soul, blues, and a touch of psychedelic energy. It’s raw, passionate, and rooted in storytelling, with an intensity that moves both the spirit and the body.”

Raised in Cleveland and shaped by summers spent in Selma, Alabama, Conner’s musical roots are steeped in gospel blues and the rhythms of Baptist church choirs. His sound combines church-like organs, explosive electric guitar, and jazz-influenced horn sections—creating a sonic palette that’s both nostalgic and forward-thinking.

His latest album, Bluesberry Haze (2024), captures this distinctive blend through tracks like “Get That Feeling” and “My Heart Aches.” Earlier releases, including The Early Singles (2022) and his breakout single “Peace” (2020), showcase his gospel roots and his ability to write emotionally resonant songs that connect with listeners across generations.

Conner’s music is available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. Physical and digital copies, as well as exclusive content, can be accessed through Don’s Tunes and JazznBlues.org. He also shares updates and behind-the-scenes content on Instagram at @labronnconnerjr.

The Foundation Room, located at 308 Euclid Avenue, offers an intimate setting for this one-night-only event. Known for its upscale ambiance and eclectic vibe, the venue sets the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable night of soulful expression.
