Holden Offers Free Admission to Arboretum and Botanical Garden for Arbor Day

CLEVELAND — Holden Forests & Gardens will celebrate Arbor Day by offering free admission to the Cleveland Botanical Garden and the Holden Arboretum on separate days later this month. The celebration begins Friday, April 24, at the Cleveland Botanical Garden in University Circle. The public is invited to visit for free from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The garden, which features extensive glasshouses, is located at 11030 East Blvd. The following day, Saturday, April 25, the Holden Arboretum in Kirtland will welcome visitors with free admission from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The arboretum, located at 9550 Sperry Road, includes features such as the Murch Canopy Walk. Both locations will host special activities for visitors during the events. These include a seedling giveaway, while supplies last, drop-in crafts suitable for all ages, and guided drop-in tours. No advance tickets or reservations are required for entry on the free-admission days.
