Beetlejuice Musical Haunts Playhouse Square for a Limited Time

CLEVELAND, Ohio — “Beetlejuice” blasts back onto Cleveland stages at Playhouse Square’s KeyBank State Theatre through Sunday, August 17. Based on Tim Burton’s beloved film, the musical tells the story of Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teenager whose life changes when she meets a recently deceased couple and a mischievous demon with a flair for chaos.

The North American tour lands in Cleveland from August 12 to 17, featuring evening performances at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, a Saturday matinee at 1:30 p.m., and Sunday shows at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The production runs approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, including an intermission.

The touring cast includes Justin Collette as Beetlejuice, Isabella Esler as Lydia, with Britney Coleman and Will Burton as the recently departed couple. The Cleveland engagement marks one of the final stops before the tour wraps in September.
