Dave & Buster’s Westlake Reopens with New Games, Menu and 40-Foot Screen

WESTLAKE, Ohio — Dave & Buster’s in Westlake officially reopened after completing an extensive remodel that introduces new attractions, a revamped menu and enhanced viewing experiences for sports fans.

On Monday night, Jayda Marie and members of the Cleveland 13 News team attended a press preview event prior to the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. Guests were given an exclusive look at the redesigned space, which features Private Game Suites, the new Human Crane game that allows players to become the claw, and a massive 40-foot screen complemented by more than 30 HDTVs. “The remodel is not only visually impressive, but the atmosphere feels elevated, clean and welcoming,” Jayda said.

The team sampled items from the updated menu, which includes steaks, tacos, upscale desserts and a variety of shareable appetizers. Visitors at the preview event praised both the food quality and the customer service, noting that staff members were attentive and friendly. “The energy here tonight really showcases what Dave & Buster’s is all about...fun, food and great hospitality,” said one guest.

The arcade remains a key draw, now boasting a selection of cutting-edge games including immersive darts, Social Shuffle and The Arena, a multi-player interactive experience. For families and groups, Dave & Buster’s continues to offer promotions such as the Eat & Play Combo and All You Can Eat Wings nights.

While the Westlake location celebrates its grand reopening, speculation continues about a potential Dave & Buster’s on Cleveland’s east side. Residents have reported that the company plans to open a location at the former Atlas Cinemas site in Mayfield Heights, but progress appears delayed. A city representative confirmed that the Eastgate Shopping Plaza owns the property and no formal plans have been submitted yet. “As far as we know, the plan is still in the works, but it would be a lease, not a purchase, and there’s no official movement at this time,” the representative said.

For now, the focus remains on the upgraded Westlake venue, which is expected to draw crowds this weekend with its expanded offerings and modernized environment. Those interested in employment opportunities can visit daveandbusters.com/us/en/careers for more information.
