Handwriting Expert Destroys Trump’s Defense in Epstein Birthday Book Scandal

WASHINGTON D.C. — The House Oversight Committee has released Jeffrey Epstein’s 238-page 50th birthday book, revealing photographs, drawings and personal notes from Epstein’s wide network of political, business and social connections. The album, compiled in 2003 and titled The First Fifty Years, includes references to Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Peter Mandelson and others, alongside disturbing illustrations and photos.

One of the most controversial items is a photograph of Epstein holding a novelty check for $22,500, purportedly signed by Donald Trump. A handwritten caption beneath the image reads, “Jeffrey showing early talents with money + women! Sells ‘fully depreciated’ [redacted] to Donald Trump for $22,500. Showed early ‘people skills’ too. Even though I handled the deal I didn’t get any of the money or the girl!” The White House has denied the authenticity of the signature, calling it a forgery.

However, a handwriting expert has disputed that claim. “In my professional opinion, the chances of this not being his signature are too minuscule to talk about,” the analyst said. “The signature that came up last night purported to be Donald Trump. I can absolutely say it is Donald Trump, but it’s very much the signature that Donald Trump had in the early 2000s, as opposed to his signature now, because it’s changed really quite a lot since he’s become president.”

The analyst noted specific traits consistent with Trump’s handwriting at that time. “If we look at the final stroke, there’s a very gentle going down of the stroke and then a long horizontal stroke and it’s exactly the same formation in this letter of 2000,” the expert explained. “We’ve got the very tall pointed upper zone strokes of the L and the D, and if we examine these under a microscope, which I have done, you would see that they were exactly the same. The idea that it could be forged would be almost impossible.”

The expert added that handwriting serves as a “snapshot of the personality in time,” pointing out that Trump’s writing has grown far more angular and assertive in the last two decades, reflecting changes in his public role.

In addition to the disputed Trump material, the book includes a handwritten message attributed to Bill Clinton praising Epstein’s curiosity, drive and friendships. Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. British diplomat Peter Mandelson, who referred to Epstein as his “best pal” in a lengthy note, has since apologized and called the message “embarrassing.”

Other disturbing material in the book includes crude drawings of Epstein with young girls, one illustration from 1983 showing him handing balloons and candy to children, and another from 2003 depicting him being massaged by multiple women while a jet labeled with the “Lolita Express” tail number flies overhead. Photos of Epstein with Ghislaine Maxwell and pages of scantily clad women with blurred faces are also included.

Lawmakers said the release of the full album, along with other documents from the Epstein estate, is part of an ongoing effort to bring transparency to his network of influence.
