Rimes, renowned for her powerful vocals and songwriting skills, has accumulated numerous awards throughout her career, including two Grammy® Awards and twelve Billboard Music Awards. She remains influential in the music industry, with her single “How Do I Live” holding the record for Billboard’s all-time No. 1 hit by a female artist. Her latest album, "god’s work," was released in 2022 and continues to add to her multi-genre acclaim.

The Mentor Rocks event is celebrated for its festival-like atmosphere, drawing nearly 93,000 people last year. Attendees can bring their own food, although alcohol from outside is not permitted.

While the Mentor concert series boasts free admission and parking thanks to the generosity of local sponsors like Prosperity Haven and Cleveland Clinic, the broader Cleveland area is also set to host an array of other major music stars this summer. The lineup includes Janet Jackson and Nelly at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on June 25, Justin Timberlake on July 7, and a special performance by Aerosmith with The Black Crowes on September 29. Additionally, the Blossom Music Center will see Chris Stapleton on May 31, Kenny Chesney on June 6, and a series of concerts featuring artists like Dave Matthews Band, Nora Jones, and Meghan Trainor throughout the summer.
