CLEVELAND, OH — WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan returned to Northeast Ohio this weekend as part of a nationwide promotional tour for his beer brand, Real American Beer. The 71-year-old wrestling legend made appearances at seven locations in Brunswick, Cleveland, and Richfield between January 31 and February 1, drawing fans eager to meet him and purchase his product.

Hogan's promotional tour included stops at Discount Drug Mart and Brew Kettle in Brunswick, Welcome to the Farm in Cleveland, and True North in Richfield. He also visited popular Cleveland nightlife spots TownHall, IVY, and Barley House, where he interacted with fans and longtime friend and manager Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart.

Real American Beer, launched in June 2024, is described as “a crisp, golden-hued lager that has taken the beer industry by storm since its initial launch in June, emerging as the fastest-growing premium light lager. It’s not just any beer, brother!” according to a news release.

At TownHall on February 1, Hogan took the microphone and engaged the crowd, mixing promotion with political commentary. “I’m gonna do a survey for everybody. So I wanna know, how many people here voted for Kamala?” he asked, prompting loud boos from the crowd. He followed up with, “How many people here voted for Donald J. Trump?” which was met with strong cheers, with only a few boos heard.

Hogan then turned his attention to introducing Jimmy Hart, who was present at the event. “We’ve got the greatest WWE superstar of all time. This guy managed 27 tag team champions, nine world heavyweight champions, like myself; he always has a pair of brass knuckles on him, and let me tell you something, he pays better than anybody. The Mouth of the South, the living legend, Jimmy Mouth-of-the-South Hart,” Hogan said.

Reflecting on their decades-long history in professional wrestling, Hogan added, “I was getting in trouble, Jimmy was always getting me out of trouble.”

Hogan previously appeared in Northeast Ohio in August 2024 at a Giant Eagle in North Canton to promote the beer and meet fans. His ongoing nationwide promotional tour continues as he expands the brand’s reach.
