Kimberly Akimbo has arrived in Cleveland and is playing at Playhouse Square now through August 3. This Broadway musical centers on Kimberly, a teenager with a rare genetic condition that causes her to age four times faster than normal. The story follows her as she navigates life with determination, humor and resilience, while juggling the emotional ups and downs of high school, family dynamics and a desire for independence.

While the Rock House and Old Man’s Cave trails offered breathtaking scenery, the Butterfly Trail stood out for its family-friendly focus. This self-guided, educational trail includes 14 stops with large butterfly wings for memorable photo ops and informative plaques about each butterfly species. Once we got into town we checked into the Courtyard by Marriott located in Downtown Fort Wayne. This hotel is beautiful and is close and sometimes even within walking distance to so many perfect family attractions. We loved the view of the TinCaps field from our room which made for perfect firework shows at night. They do offer a small pool which is indoor only and not the normal size of a hotel pool. Clean rooms and perfect location is what you will get with this hotel.
